Architectural Change Requests are how the Board approves modifications to the external appearance of homes.  Cooperation with this covenant-required process fulfills the contractual relationship between neighbors established when purchasing a home in Hampshire.  

ACRs are required for any exterior changes to homes in Hampshire!
