Board Meetings
Second Tuesdays of each month at 8:00 p.m.
Due to recent changes in Indiana law, the Board will be meeting in Executive Session until further notice. Homeowners are still welcome to bring issues before the Board by submitting issues to board@hampshirehoa.com no later than 8:00 a.m. the Monday before the next board meeting. The start of each Executive Session meeting will have time reserved for any issues, comments, questions, or concerns brought by homeowners. If you have concerns about the Board meeting in Executive Session exclusively, please contact us at board@hampshirehoa.com.
The Annual General Meeting (date to be announced) will be held in-person in public session. Notice of the annual meeting will be mailed to homeowners in advance.
